CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN A MENU?

Of course!  Stir It Up Cuisine will create a customized menu for your event and that will cater to all of your guests needs.  We offer both Caribbean and traditional menu options that can be combined to make your event suit your taste.  We offer preset wedding menus.  We can also create a completely individualized menu for your wedding that caters to your taste and budget.

HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU CATER PER DAY?

Stir It Up Cuisine only caters one wedding per day ensuring that you have a unique and special event.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE COST?

Our pricing is determined on an individual basis and depends on the number of people at your event, the amount of prep time, your choice of menu, the number of wait and serving staff, and décor.

WHO WILL COORDINATE THE EVENT?

A consultant will be assigned to meet all of your needs right up to the time of your event.  We want you to gain confidence in our ability so you can enjoy your event and guests, leaving the details to us.

DO YOU MAKE ALL OF YOUR OWN FOOD?

Yes, we do not use pre-made products. Everything on our menu is made from scratch with a unique Caribbean flair.

WHERE WILL THE FOOD BE COOKED?

All of our food is prepped in a commercial kitchen and then cooked at your wedding venue to provide the freshest and best tasting menu possible.

DO YOU OFFER TASTINGS?

We offer personalized tastings of your wedding menu.  Tastings are scheduled on an individual basis. For potential clients there is an upfront fee of $50 per person, which will be deducted from the final cost of your catering bill.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A $500 deposit is required to hold the date for your event.  In addition, four weeks prior to your event a 50% deposit is required.  The remainder of your balance will be due two weeks prior to your event.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Stir It Up Cuisine accepts deposits and payments in the form of Bank checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

CAN YOU HELP PLAN MY WEDDING INCLUDING RENTALS AND DECOR?

Stir It Up Cuisine is a full service catering and event planning service.  We can design your menu and create the atmosphere that suits your special occasion.  We will coordinate all aspects of your event including food, floral arrangements, table décor, rentals, venue and entertainment.
